When purchasing your item(s) you can choose for delivery every: month, two months, three months, four months, five months, or six months.

When signing up for a subscription plan, you save 10% on every redelivery. That means our average subscription customer saves about $80 per year.

*Bundle subscriptions do not qualify for 10% savings on each redelivery since they are already at a discounted price.

• Navigate to My subscriptions
• You've made it to your subscription dashboard

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions tab
• Choose the subscription you'd like to edit
• Here you can take the following actions:

• Order now: If you need your product sooner than your pre-selected reorder date, use this option to place an order right away.
• Quantity: Change the quantity of this product you'd like to be delivered. Changing this will automatically increase or decrease your order total accordingly.
• Variant: If the product you selected comes in a larger or smaller size, you can change that here.
• Next order: Use this to change the date on which you would like your recurring order to be processed. This is not the delivery date but rather the date our system will place your order for you.
• Order frequency: Here you can choose how frequently you would like to receive your orders, from monthly to every six months.
• Shipping & billing: Choose which existing billing address and method you'd like to use.
• Email address: Use this to update your email address. Keep in mind that this will change your email address for all your subscriptions.
• Swap product: If you're looking to change the product on your subscription, you can swap it for a different one.
• Add discount: If you have a subscription coupon code, you can enter it here.
• Skip this order: Most of customers use this option when they're stocked up on product and don't require another shipment in the immediate future.
• Cancel subscription: If you're no longer using your product and would like to cancel it, simply hit "Cancel subscription" and we'll handle the rest.

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions tab
• Choose the subscription for which you'd like to swap the product
• Select the Swap product button

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions tab
• Choose the subscription you'd like to cancel
• Select the Cancel subscription button

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions tab
• Choose the subscription for which you'd like to skip an order
• Select the Skip this order button

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Subscriptions tab
• Choose the subscription for which you'd like to add a discount
• Select the Add discount button

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Upcoming orders tab
• Here you'll see your next three orders

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Shipping addresses tab
• Select the shipping address you'd like to update
• Select Edit shipping address
• Make the necessary changes and save them by selecting Edit shipping address

• Repeat steps 1. through 3. as above, then
• Select Add shipping address
• Once you've entered your details, hit Next
• Select your payment method to be associated with the address and complete the process by selecting Add shipping address

• Log in to your stellarbiotics.com account
• Navigate to My subscriptions
• Once on your dashboard, navigate to the Payment methods tab
• Select the payment method you'd like to update
• Select Edit payment method
• Select Send update email
• Navigate to the inbox of the email address you used to log in to your account. Remember to check your spam/junk folder. In the email, select Confirm payment information
• You'll be taken to a secure page where you'll select Change to enter the updated card details
• Once you've entered the card details, complete the process by selecting Update card
